Terms and Conditions of the Campaign

Organizer:The term "Organizer" or "Venchi HK" refers to Venchi HK Limited.

Campaign Period:This campaign is organized by Venchi HK and will run from now until 21 September, 2025 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time) ("Campaign Period"). Any entries submitted outside the Campaign Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility:All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

How to Participate:

  1. Participants must submit the required personal information via the designated webpage.
  2. Top 10 scores of each phase will be selected as winners.Winners will receive an SMS from Venchi HK to entitle a free scoop of Venchi limited-edition Stone Ground Black Sesame Gelato.

    3. Phase 1: 1-7 Sep (Social Announcement on 8 Sep 2025)

    Phase 2: 8-14 Sep (Social Announcement on 15 Sep 2025)

    Phase 3: 15-21 Sep (Social Announcement on 22 Sep 2025)

  3. Only online registration is accepted. Participation via other means (e.g., phone or email) is not allowed.

Redemption Rules:

  1. Each winner is entitled to one free scoop of Stone Ground Black Sesame Gelato one-time only. This reward is non-transferable.
  2. All registration details and timestamps are based on server records.
  3. Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate. Venchi HK will verify the information provided during registration when redeeming gifts.

All gift must be redeemed at any Venchi store in Hong Kong or Macau (except K11 Art Mall, World Trade Centre and Pacific Place stores) on or before 28 September 2025.
In case of disputes,Venchi HK reserves the right to make the final decision.

Participant Responsibility:If a participant causes any loss to Venchi HK or third parties due to violations or illegal actions, the participant will be held fully legally responsible.

Gifts:All gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

Personal Data Usage:By participating, participants agree to allow the Organizer to collect, process, and use their personal information for this and future marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability Disclaimer:The Organizer, its marketing partners, or any related parties bear no responsibility for any loss, damage (direct or indirect), or personal injury resulting from participation in this campaign or from receiving any prizes.

Fraud and Misconduct:Participants found using fake accounts, plug-ins, bots, or any unofficial methods to participate, or who disrupt or manipulate the campaign through any means, will have their entries and redemption rights revoked without notice.

Data Authority:Venchi HK holds the ultimate right of interpretation for these terms and conditions. In the event of any disputes, Venchi HK's decision shall be final.

Agreement:Participation in this campaign signifies the participant’s agreement to all the above terms and conditions.
